Client Services Officer - Court Services

Division: Courts Tribunals and Service Delivery

This is a role located in Muswellbrook, NSW, Australia.

Temporary full-time opportunity (up to 12 months)

Salary between $73,522 and $79,931 per annum.

Your role

We are seeking an administrative professional to provide a range of clerical and administrative services to support the effective operation of our courtrooms. This includes responding to customer enquiries, data entry, and records management.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist with the effective operation of Court rooms by providing high-quality administrative support.
2. Perform complex administrative services to meet statutory obligations, including data entry and records management.
3. Deliver professional services to clients in a timely and courteous manner.
4. Liaise with stakeholders to provide high-level clerical and administrative support services.
5. Support the efficient operation of the court through effective communication and teamwork.
6. Anticipate the requirements of the judiciary and other persons in the courtroom.
7. Contribute to the implementation of improved work practices across different court jurisdictions.
8. Exhibit strong time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced high-volume work environment.
9. Demonstrate proficiency with technology and adapt quickly to new systems.
10. Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality at all times.
