Excavator Operator (HR desirable) + Directional Drilling Support — Immediate Start (Redlands)
Little Boring Pty Ltd is hiring a full-time Excavator Operator for an immediate start, based at our Redlands depot. Ideal for operator with HR licence who has directional drilling knowledge or is keen to learn.
* $35-$50/hr depending on tickets/experience + super + paid holidays
* 40 hrs/week + overtime
* Early starts, some long days, very occasional away work
* Yard start: Redlands
The role
* Excavator work for drill set up (trenching, backfill, site prep, reinstatement support)
* Plant Operation – Drill Rig – Locating – Auger Boring
* Safe work around underground services
* Assist the drilling crew as needed (set-up/pack-up, basic drilling support)
* Pre-starts, basic machine care, keep site tidy & safe
Must have
* HR licence (desirable)
* White Card
* Own reliable transport
* Live within 30 minutes of our Redlands depot
* Reliable, safety-focused, good attitude
