12-Month Assignment | AUD60–AUD61 per hour.
This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of customer and network data, with emphasis on supporting customers who rely on life support systems.You'll be part of a collaborative team where your data expertise contributes to the delivery of safe and reliable services across the community.What you'll be doing Investigating and resolving customer/property data issues.Processing property address updates and corrections using online systems.Managing life support notifications and maintaining the Life Support Register.Linking NMIs to the correct SPID across GIS and Low Voltage Networks.Reconciling and cleansing addressing data for National Electricity Market systems.Educating and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent data standards and quality.Providing excellent customer service for life support enquiries.What we're looking for Industry experience, ideally within an energy retailer or similar environment.Strong knowledge of life support processes (highly regarded).
