What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll drive business growth and deliver recruitment solutions across a range of industries. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Generating and following up new leads, conducting client visits and meetings
* Negotiating fees, quotations, and service agreements
* Managing client onboarding, contracts, and integration into the Account Management team
* Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
* Providing on-call support for labour hire and managed service accounts
* Representing Transcend at industry events and networking opportunities
* Supporting office administration, sourcing, and back-office functions
What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and brings:
* 5+ years recruitment experience (including labour hire)
* Proven success in candidate management using recruitment software systems
* A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, practices, and compliance requirements
* Highly developed communication, negotiation, and time management skills
* Confidence in prioritising multiple projects independently
