The Role
We are looking for a People Analytics and Insights Specialist to turn data into actionable insights that shape our people strategies and drive business impact. This role partners with stakeholders across People & Culture and the broader business to provide data-led insights that influence workforce planning, engagement, performance, and diversity initiatives.
Responsibilities
You will analyse and interpret people data from multiple systems, design and maintain dashboards and reports on key metrics such as turnover, engagement, DEI, and headcount, and deliver insights that influence both operational and strategic decisions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate complex data into clear recommendations, optimise reporting processes, ensure data integrity and compliance, and manage external reporting obligations. You’ll present findings in a compelling and accessible way, helping the business make confident, informed decisions.

About You
- Degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or people data.
- Proficiency in HR systems (Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and Power BI/Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to optimise systems, processes, and reporting while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
