Who You Are:
You've got café or brunch kitchen experience
You're obsessed with fresh, seasonal ingredients and eye-catching plates
You know how to keep a kitchen humming – clean, organised, and effective
You lead with good vibes and bring out the best in your team
You're across food safety, ordering and food costings
Bonus Points For:
Experience with GF, vegan or vegetarian-friendly menus
