Specific Selection Criteria
* Full approval to teach Technology – Mandatory and Industrial Technology – Metal; willingness to teach Industrial Technology – Wood.
* Proactive faculty member developing, implementing and evaluating high‐level teaching programs and resources to support student engagement and outcomes.
* Classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills that build positive, productive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community.
Conditions and Benefits
Recruitment Bonus of up to $20,000, payable pro‐rata for permanent part‐time teachers and executive staff. Relocation Payment of $5,000–$8,000 available to eligible applicants. Unconditional full approval to teach required.
Specialised Employment Details
Position eligible for permanent part‐time employment. Candidates must indicate desired FTE (up to 1.0) in application; if not indicated, full FTE is assumed. FTE selection is final; no changes at offer stage.
