Due to continued growth and ongoing project delivery, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR Advisorto join the business on a 12month temporary contract with potential to extend. This role will have a strong focus on end to end recruitment.
About the Role
Reporting into a high-performing People team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide expert HR support, guidance, and coaching across a broad portfolio. This is a true generalist role with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of end to end recruitment
* Provide timely and strategic HR advice to managers and employees across a range of business functions.
* Lead and support HR initiatives aligned to workforce plans and organisational priorities.
* Coach and develop leaders on employee engagement, ER/IR, and performance.
* Diagnose people-related challenges and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
* Prepare and contribute to reports, business cases, and policy development.
* Support HR project delivery, change initiatives, and continuous improvement.
About You:
* 3+ years' experience in a HR Advisor or recruitment, ideally within a complex or highly regulated environment.
* Demonstrated knowledge across the full HR generalist suite – including performance, change, IR/ER, and talent development.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across multiple levels of leadership.
* A proactive, commercially-minded approach and a passion for people-focused outcomes.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
