**About the Role**
- Reporting to the Marketing Director, as PR Manager, you will support the delivery of the PR strategy to enhance brand reputation, drive conversation and deliver great coverage through multiple channels via a network of agency partners.
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Develop a PR and communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within the automotive business, trade media and lifestyle PR.
- Manage a PR agency and create content for launches, press releases, influencer relationships, and keynote presentations
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy.
**Skills and experience**
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline
- Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets in Australia
- Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
- An analytical approach and result-oriented with a desire for career growth.
