Job Description Summary
Externally oriented Finance Business Partner for 2 Therapeutic Areas providing (a) decision support to TA Heads to maximize growth and generate impact from investments, (b) co-managing the Brand/TA P&Ls, (c) FP&A for TAs & Select Functions, (d) driving AI and digital finance projects in AU.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively drive performance and conduct value-added analyses on financial data, including launch business cases, impact from investments, benchmarking, etc.
2. Drive an investor mindset within the TAs to support resource allocation based on product lifecycle.
3. Support the organization's leadership team with financial analysis, including risks and opportunities analysis, cost analysis, control, and drive corrective actions. Recommend short- and long-term targets.
4. Deliver core management reporting and financial planning processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of insightful, recurring, or ad-hoc financial information.
5. Design and maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results.
6. Manage the execution of regional/global strategies and ensure the correct and timely implementation of BPA processes and policies, with adherence.
7. Drive financial literacy across the organization.
Essential Requirements:
1. CA/CPA and/or MBA.
2. Experience of at least 10+ years.
3. Proven track record of achieving topline and bottom-line targets aligned with business plans and market share objectives.
4. Proactive management of risks and opportunities.
Desirable Requirements:
1. Commercial finance experience.
2. Functional breadth.
3. Business case management skills.
4. International mobility highly desirable.
