Sales Executive - Conference & Events

About the Role
The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director of Sales and be responsible for:
* Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Contacting clients to understand their meeting and event needs.
* Providing quotations for conference and event proposals, including venue, function, menu, and accommodation costs, to maximize revenue.
* Hosting and conducting site inspections for prospective and existing clients.
* Following up with clients to secure repeat business.
* Coordinating event details with the Event Planning & Group Reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
