Key Responsibilities

o Increase ranging in accounts to increase sales and profit
o Lead the collective sales achievement of agreed strategic, budget and profit targets
o Implement pro-active strategies to improve quality and efficiency of service
o Collaborate with key stakeholders to build business and account networks.
o Maintain a regular customer call routine and set promotional plans for full product range

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

o Excellent analytical and planning skills
o Understanding of strategic selling skills and techniques.
o Sales acumen and understanding of merchandising imperatives
o Experience in a FMCG arena with 1-2 years in a management or key account role.
o Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
o Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
o Ability to plan, implement and meet assignment deadlines.

What PFD is Offering the Successful Candidate

As part of the role, you will be required to attend customer sites who deal with vulnerable groups, therefore as part of the recruitment process you will be required to undertake a National Police History Check, Working With Children Check, Licence Validation/Demerit Point Check and Right to Work Check.
