*Andy's Bakery* is looking for candidates for the position of Bakery Store Manager*
*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
* Manage and operate the daily operations of the pastry shop
* Ensure product quality and best customer service
* Manage staff, including recruitment, training and development
* Inventory management, ordering and cost control
* Develop and implement business plans, including sales and profits
* Ensure the store is always clean, safe and complies with food hygiene standards
*REQUEST:*
* Experience managing retail stores or food industry (minimum 1 year)
* Good leadership, management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in groups
* Having knowledge about cakes and food products is an advantage
* Ability to work flexibly and work under pressure
