Red Arrow Australia is recruiting on behalf of our client, a 100% Indigenous-owned construction and engineering contractor delivering civil, structural, mechanical, and infrastructure solutions across the mining and government sectors with a strong operational footprint in the Pilbara. Our client is recognised for safe execution, operational excellence, and meaningful Indigenous participation across major resource projects.
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team on a 2:1 FIFO roster.
Roster: 2:1 FIFO, 12 hour daysLocation: Site Based – WAHourly Rate: $90 per hourStart: ASAP
Position Overview
The Electrician is responsible for leading the commissioning, testing and installation of Low Voltage systems and equipment, championing safety, standards and quality. This role delivers leadership and accuracy across electrical system activities, overseeing documentation and coordinating with key personnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation of LV power and communication infrastructure
* Inspect and troubleshoot LV systems, electrical faults and non-conformances
* Ensure all work complies with AS/NZS 3000, AS 2067, and other applicable standards
* Maintain accurate test records and commissioning documentation
* Liaise with personnel to coordinate activities
* Adhere to all site safety, environmental, and quality procedures
Key Skills & Qualifications
* WA Electrical Licence
* Demonstrated experience in low-voltage installation and commissioning
* High level of commitment to safety and compliance
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Current CPR/LVR and White Card
* Valid driver's licence
* First Aid
Experience
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in mining, renewable energy, or infrastructure
* Knowledge of WA Mines Safety and Inspection Regulations and relevant Legislation
Must have full rights to work in Australia.
