The Service Access Officer with Latrobe Community Health Service aims to provide information and intake support to clients. The principal objective of this position is to support clients to access appropriate allied health, nursing, and social support services to improve and maintain their health and/ or independence.
To be successful, you will require;
* A current Working with Children Check
* A current Victorian Drivers Licence
* Certificate qualifications in community health related disciplines or administration are desirable
