The Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will:
* Prospect and generate buyer and seller leads
* Follow up enquiries and build relationships
* Conduct phone consultations and meetings
* Present house & land and investment opportunities
* Manage your pipeline using CRM systems
* Work towards structured monthly targets
* Learn high-performance sales strategies directly from the Director
You will receive mentoring, systems, and brand support — but your results will depend on your drive.
Career Pathway:
This role has a clear progression structure:
Phase 1 – Sales Associate
Learn systems, lead generation, and deal structuring.
Phase 2 – Senior Sales Executive
Manage your own pipeline and increase commission split.
Phase 3 – Independent Agent (Within AK Estate Group)
Operate with greater autonomy, higher commission splits, and the opportunity to build your own team.

Sales experience is an advantage but not essential.

Earnings:
Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential.
High performers can earn $80,000 – $150,000+ annually as they progress.
