About The Role
As our General Insurance practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Billing Administrator to join our expanding Client Services team. This role is ideal for a legal assistant seeking career growth. You will support the Client Services Manager and Specialists with client invoicing and administration for the Insurance Law & Litigation team.
The role offers genuine flexibility, with the ability to work from home, office or a combination of both. We are considering applicants in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane.

Responsibilities
* Managing volume end to end client invoice processing including edits, write offs, delayed splits, reversals and dispute resolution in line with strict client service standards and billing rules
* Actively tracking reserves and deductibles
* Generating LEDES files and ensuring prompt submission through clients e‐billing portals
* Ensuring timely resolution of invoicing issues (including reversals) and assisting (as required) with pro‐active debtor management
* Supporting the Client Services team with maintaining accurate data across internal systems
* Providing general support to the Client Services team to ensure timely processing of a high volume of invoices
* Providing support and feedback to Client Services Specialists and the legal team as required
About You
* Certificate in Legal Studies desired but not essential
* High level knowledge of Excel
* A working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe
* Knowledge of document management and billing systems (ideally Aderant Expert)
* Administrative support and billing experience gained in a law firm
* Insurance law exposure desired
* Experience communicating with clients
