Job Details
Location: Lane Cove (Static Site), Data Center Hyperscale Operations, Sydney – New South Wales – Australia
Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off | 12‐hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Start Date: Roles opening now to hire in April 2026

What You'll Do – Shift Technician Role
* Report to the CBRE Resource Manager
* Perform planned preventive maintenance on HVAC plant/equipment and HV & LV systems
* Work on mission‐critical data centre facilities (preferred experience)
* Maintain electrical systems for HV & LV equipment
* Monitor BMS systems for performance and alarms
* Troubleshoot on‐site air‐conditioning issues
* Conduct building inspections and read utility meters (UPS, PDU, etc.)
* Diagnose faults and execute repairs
* Prepare timely and accurate reports
* Ensure work complies with industry regulations
* Build strong relationships with team members and site stakeholders
What You'll Need
* Valid ARC licence
* Minimum Certificate III qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* 3‐5 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration (required)
* Valid OH&S cards (optional)
* Additional technical training or certifications (advantageous)
* Valid driver's licence
* Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems – nice to have
* Australian citizenship – required for NV1 clearance
* White Card (optional but preferred)
