The Hobart Gardeners is expanding quickly, and we're searching for a reliable, skilled gardener who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us.
This is a part-time role with mostly full-time hours, and the potential to transition to permanent full-time.

2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
What We Offer
$33–$40/hr (depending on experience and employment type)
Monday to Friday work – no weekends

Who We're Looking For
Skilled in hedge trimming, pruning, mowing, weeding & spraying
Good plant knowledge, especially common household and garden plants
Physically fit, reliable, and hardworking
Trustworthy, well-presented, and professional
Comfortable communicating with clients
Certificate II in Horticulture (preferred)
Looking for a long-term role
