**Branch and Sales Administrator Role Summary**
This role involves providing administrative support to the branch's operations by ensuring smooth sales administration, accurate financial documentation, and efficient office management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a previous administrative position and possess strong initiative, organisation, and time management skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing customer data, entering information into sales tools, and ensuring accurate sales administration.
* Compiling finance and insurance paperwork and coordinating information between customers and sales representatives.
* Preparing bank deposits, cheques, and balancing cash receipts daily.
* Facilitating and maintaining accounts payable and receivable processes on behalf of the branch manager.
* Reviewing and submitting purchase orders to the accounting department.
* Managing dealership files, distributing mail, and maintaining customer contact data.
* Drafting letters, memoranda, and promotional materials.
* Ordering office supplies and coordinating meeting or event logistics.
* Assisting with displaying and selling merchandise with the parts team.
* Providing reception duties, attending to branch telephone calls, welcoming visitors, and addressing inquiries.
* Compiling and reconciling weekly timesheets.
* Assisting the service department by opening ROs and maintaining job cards (as required).
* Maintaining a clean and organised office and showroom space (as required).

* Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Sales, CRM, and Finance systems.
