This dual role combines customer-facing sales support with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. You will assist with order processing, customer enquiries, stock management, and equipment dispatch. The position is suited to someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone and email enquiries, providing product information and support.
- Process customer orders and generate invoices.
- Assist the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and customer accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing professional service.
Warehouse & Logistics
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Receive and check incoming stock and deliveries.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Ensure equipment is clean, tested, and ready for hire or sale.
- Coordinate with freight providers for shipments.
Other Duties
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.
- Support stocktakes and reporting.
- Assist with basic equipment checks and maintenance.
