You will oversee maintenance, compliance, sustainability, and safety while supporting our residents and onsite teams. In this role, you will manage budgets, ensure smooth daily operations, and work closely with the General Manager and a high-performing team, balancing practical expertise with strategic leadership.Key Responsibilities include:Oversee all building maintenance and repairs to ensurethe property and systems are maintained to the highest standard for safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.Manage budgets and cost control (e.g.,preventative maintenance budgets and out-of-cycle expenses).Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirementsLead and coordinate contractors and internal teams tomanage relationships and performance to deliver seamless facility operations.Develop and implement preventative maintenance programsto reduce defects and prolong asset life.Support residents and staff through effective communication and timely maintenance access.The PropertyMelbourne Quarter West is a vibrant residential community comprising 797 designed apartments, offering a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom layouts.
