Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development: Craft and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
2. Tech Integration: Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of supply chain technologies, including AI, SAP, and other innovative solutions.
3. Mergers and Acquisitions: Develop plans to integrate supply chain systems during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions.
4. Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the supply chain.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and IT teams to foster cohesive operations.
6. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and AI to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
7. Digital Transformation: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and cost-effectiveness through innovative technologies.
8. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
9. Compliance and Governance: Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
10. Project Execution: Lead the execution of supply chain projects from start to finish, delivering results-driven outcomes.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field; Master's preferred.
* 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, IT, or engineering, with a proven track record of strategy development and implementation.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience in project management and team leadership.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships.
* A willingness to travel approximately 20% for business purposes.
