As such, we are looking for a people-focused and solutions-oriented Talent Advisor to join our People & Culture team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across our national network of stores. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source great talent, and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience that reflects our values and brand.
As a Talent Advisor, You Will
* Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
* Source talent through online platforms, social media, and professional networks
* Screen, interview, and manage candidate communications with professionalism and care
* Track recruitment KPIs and maintain data integrity across our ATS
* Support employment branding through LinkedIn, careers pages, and social media
* Champion safety and compliance across all recruitment activities
What You Will Bring
* Experience in high volume recruitment within retail, agency, or internal environments is preferred
* Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate care
* Familiarity with ATS platforms like PageUp and job boards such as SEEK, LinkedIn, and Indeed
* Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and recruitment compliance
* A growth mindset, resilience, and a passion for problem-solving
* Retail experience or knowledge of the retail industry is preferred
