Influence workforce and cost outcomes across Technology and Operations Exposure to executive reporting and strategic decision making Supportive team with strong development and study support About the Role This role supports Technology and Operations by delivering accurate cost and workforce reporting, insightful analysis, and disciplined financial control. You will partner closely with stakeholders to understand business drivers, strengthen reporting, and improve decision making across actuals, budgets, and forecasts. What You’ll Do Deliver month end, half year end and year end cost reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clear insight for stakeholders. Maintain and support workforce models across actuals, budgets and forecasts, with a strong focus on expense and FTE performance. Ensure financial controls, GL integrity and reporting disciplines are met and continuously improved. Collaborate with Finance Services leaders and business stakeholders to deliver standardised reporting and integrated performance insights. Build trusted relationships with Technology and Operations leaders to understand business drivers, trends and emerging risks. Support the Finance Manager with project work and ad hoc analysis as required. What You’ll Bring Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business, with progress toward CPA or CA. Strong accounting knowledge in the payroll space, applied to workforce and cost analysis. Experience using Power BI or similar BI tools, with data querying capability to support reporting and insights. Background in analysis and executive level reporting within a medium or large financial services organisation. Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and care. A collaborative approach, with experience building relationships based on trust and shared outcomes.
