* Salary: $79,250.97 - $91,138.62 plus 12% Super

The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to work within the Collections team and support the Library Collections Team Leader, with the management of the Library Collections both physical and digital.
This includes performing a range of library, customer service and administrative tasks such as managing the Inter‐Library Loan service and assisting with serials, acquisitions, digital collections and Local History collection management.
About you
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Library or Information Services or equivalent
* Proven experience and knowledge in collection management
* Demonstrated technology skills and a high level of digital literacy
* Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and sound conflict resolution skills and ability to deal with difficult customers
* Proven experience in a customer‐facing role and an enthusiastic approach to working with the community
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals and organisations
* Proven project, organisational and time management skills, a flexible approach to work and willingness to embrace change
* Current Working with Children Check
* Experience working in a public library environment is desirable
