About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated
Internal Sales
to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their requirements are met efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong collaboration across multiple internal teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse operations, while also managing accounts, inventory, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

* Accurately process customer orders, quotes, and hire equipment requests.
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Support Sales Representatives, Technical Sales Representatives, and Business Development Managers.
* Manage backorders and follow up on quotes under $5K within 24 hours.
* Submit Customer Experience Alerts (CEAs) to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
* Manage assigned accounts across multiple sectors, including order processing, logistics, and internal procedures.
* Process account applications, monitor debtors, and manage credit increase requests.
* Handle customer agreements and maintain accurate data within the system.
* CRM and Administrative Support
* Ensure inventory levels meet demand and manage storage of imported products.
* Collaborate with Sales teams to maintain order accuracy and business opportunity data.
* Contribute to weekly S&OP meetings and oversee logistics and freight processes.

Skills and Experience

* Previous experience in a customer service role within water, mining, or industrial sectors.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (IFS) is highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to improve processes.
* Safety-conscious mindset, leading by example.
