The Role
As an experienced Domestic Cleaner, you will communicate and discuss with the clients their expectations to provide housekeeping and cleaning duties including but not limited to:
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas.
* Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and surface sanitisation in line with established cleaning schedules.
* Clean and care for household fixtures, furniture, appliances, and fittings, including detailed cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces.
* Identify and address cleaning issues such as spills, wall marks, cobwebs, mould, and build-up to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment.
* Undertake additional cleaning duties as required to support the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of occupants.
About You
You're passionate about making a difference and bring genuine care to everything you do. You will have:
* Previous experience as a domestic cleaner, preferably in a disability/community environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* An empathetic, solutions-focused, and outcome-driven approach.
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
Safety screening checks and mandatory training, including:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check
* Working with Children Check (Employee)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module
