What You Ll Do
* Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and backup solutions.
* Automate and streamline system administration tasks.
* Provide L3 support and resolve complex technical issues.
* Oversee end-user computing, device management, and virtual desktops.
* Maintain network infrastructure and security controls.
* Drive ICT projects and support field sites as needed.
What You ll Bring
* 10+ years IT infrastructure or systems admin experience.
* Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, Azure, and networking.
* Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python).
* Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, ITIL desirable).
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
