Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Transport Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Mobile Patient Care (MPC) team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and transport services across Victoria and New South Wales.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' medical conditions and provide appropriate care during on-road transportation. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless patient transfers and strive for exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance), or Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedic), or equivalent qualification recognized by RFDS or DHHS
* Experience working in the Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) sector as an Ambulance Attendant or Registered Paramedic
* Proven ability to work independently and problem-solve within established policies and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
