Leading large, complex evaluation and research projects from design to deliveryActing as the primary client contact and trusted advisor on major government engagementsDesigning innovative qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method evaluation methodologiesTranslating complex evidence into clear, persuasive insights and recommendationsPresenting findings to senior stakeholders, executives, and decision-makersDriving proposal development and contributing to business growth strategiesMentoring and developing junior and mid-level team membersContributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing across the organisation
About YouYou’re a senior social research leader/evaluator who enjoys operating at both strategic and delivery levels. You’re confident engaging with senior stakeholders, shaping methodologies, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality, impactful work.
10+ years’ experience in research, evaluation, or consulting environmentsDeep expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methodologiesStrong commercial acumen and experience managing complex client portfoliosProven ability to lead large projects and multidisciplinary teamsExceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
