* Business within a Business: You will develop and grow your own client portfolio to expand your business and personal earning potential. Focusing on creating meaningful customer connections and growing a loyal client base.
* Business Leadership: Coaching and Development of sales team and day to day running and ownership of the business
* Sales Execution: Confidently implement the Mazzucchelli's Sales Framework to drive results and deliver memorable experiences.
* Commercial Focus: Champion a results-driven culture by guiding the team toward meeting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and store budgets.
* Strategic Focus: Align daily store activity with broader brand and sales strategies to meet business targets.
