About This Role
* Develop and execute plans aligned to commercial objectives.
* Build a high-performing team by embedding a strong performance culture.
* Monitor and evaluate financial and execution performance across the area, identifying opportunities and supporting corrective actions.
* Ensure timely communication with the field team on priorities, tools, and key initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders including customer marketing, national accounts, and the contact centre.
* Use customer knowledge and insights to inform cycle planning and business performance reviews.
* Provide market insights and contribute to annual planning with Customer and Channel teams.
* Track customer satisfaction across territories, escalating issues and identifying opportunities to drive growth.

* You are skilled in territory planning and optimising resources to drive in-market execution.

* You are commercially savvy with strong analytical skills and experience managing large P&Ls.
* You are an excellent communicator with strong decision-making and stakeholder relationship management skills.
