Overview
We’re seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our team at The Athlete’s Foot Bowral for our Back to School period. Join an energetic team passionate about footwear, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers find their perfect fit. If you want to spend your summer working with top brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, Hoka, Asics, New Balance, ON Running, and more, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
- Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers find their perfect fit
Skills and Experience
- Full availability from Mid-November 2025 to Mid-February 2026 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day
- Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
- Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
