**About the Role**
The Asset Manager will oversee a number of Renewable Energy assets in the RES Australia portfolio (Wind, Solar PV or Storage) on behalf of RES's clients, ensuring adherence to practice for safety, compliance, quality and environmental performance, whilst maximizing revenue and enhancing community and stakeholder engagement through the project lifecycle. Particular emphasis is placed on superior management of contractual obligations to and on behalf of RES's clients. The Asset Manager will look for ways to improve the value of each asset in their portfolio.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Delivery of the obligations under the Asset Management Agreements.
- Ensure that the assets in the portfolio adhere to grid connection agreements; O&M agreements; warranties and guarantees; power purchase agreements; and all other agreements and approvals.
- Where projects are under construction or new to the Asset Management portfolio, manage all mobilization and transitional tasks to ensure that the project is prepared and ready for operations to the client's satisfaction, according to the Asset Management Agreement.
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve the value of the Asset including opportunities where the company can offer additional services.
- Work closely with other bodies, e.g. Australian Energy Regulator, Clean Energy Regulator to maintain project regulatory compliance.
- Attend and contribute to Board meetings where required under the contract.
- Extensive internal and external stakeholder management.
**Skills & Experience**
- Australian Wind Farm Experience (Development, Construction or Operations)
- Contract management experience.
- Proven stakeholder management experience.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets.
- Relevant qualifications/experience
