Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Prior experience with Defence, NATO, or national security projects
* Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks, Isode M-Guard, ArchTiS, or similar cross-domain/security technologies
* Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, PMI-PBA
Key Duties / Typical Day:
* Interpret, analyze, and validate requirements for Gateways, Guards, and next-gen firewall solutions
* Develop and maintain product backlogs and user stories in an Agile environment
* Ensure alignment of requirements with solution architecture, FMN standards (NATO STANAG), and ISM security controls
* Support UAT and testing, ensuring implemented solutions meet operational and security requirements
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and review sessions to achieve stakeholder consensus
* Collaborate with stakeholders, operational users, and SMEs to define requirements
* Create, manage, and refine user stories for Agile development
* Conduct gap analyses against FMN interoperability standards
* Maintain documentation: requirement specifications, process flows, and technical specs
* Support testing and validation to ensure compliance with security and operational standards
