Accounts Receivable Officer: An Overview

This part-time position involves working efficiently in a deadline-driven environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills required.

Main Responsibilities:

* Preparing invoices for clients and maintaining accurate records across systems and portals
* Processing payments, updating aged receivables, and managing monthly statements in cloud-based accounting software
* Reconciling accounts, monitoring variances, and maintaining work-in-progress reports
* Responding to client queries promptly and escalating outstanding issues as needed
* Assisting with month-end tasks, financial reporting, and general administrative support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong financial skills, including numeracy and literacy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with cloud-based platforms
* Data entry and administrative capabilities, along with excellent organisational and time management skills
