Universal Employment Services Pty Ltd/Universal Hotels Group has been operating in the Sydney Hotel market since 1998 and has over 40 years of experience in hospitality. The Universal Hotels Group currently owns and operates several successful hospitality venues in Sydney. We are currently looking for a Hospitality Service Manager to join our team.
Roles and responsibilities of a Hospitality Service Manager include:
· Planning, organising, and supervising bar, restaurant, and function services, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality guest experiences.
· Coordinate, plan, and manage reservations, events, entertainment, and gaming activities to meet customer expectations.
· Supervise venue security, property maintenance, and general upkeep to provide a protected and welcoming workplace.
· Monitor and ensure full compliance with liquor licensing, gaming regulations, food safety standards, and all relevant health and safety legislation.
· Evaluate guest satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance customer loyalty and service quality.
· Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
· Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff, ensuring team members are motivated, well-trained, and delivering consistent service standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
· At least 1 year minimum experience as a Hospitality Service Manager or in a related field.

Pay: $77,000.00 – $99,000.00 per year
