**Position available**
Reservations Agent
**The Role**
Based at Fink Head Office in Surry Hills, you will join our reservations team 5 days per week and be responsible for coordinating reservations across 6 restaurants, with the goal of maximizing bookings and ensuring the accurate inputting and processing of all reservation information.
**What we are looking for**
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (whether in restaurants or a head office setting).
Previous experience with ResDiary or Now Book It is an advantage.
A supreme guest focus and solution driven approach.
Ability to manage reservation queries of varying complexity, across multiple venues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with high work volume.
Professionalism at all times through personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Thoroughness and attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
Skilled in establishing rapport with guests.
A team player; contributing to and assisting co-workers without prompting.
Strong administration skills and high level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Sound understanding of the restaurant industry.
