This framework will enable us to measure, understand, and improve the impact we have in our community. \*\*Key Responsibilities\*\* - Support staff across in-scope services to implement outcome measures in line with the IMF implementation plan. - Collaborate with our external provider to develop a data dashboard for monitoring and reporting. \*\*About you\*\* - Strong project management skills with experience in implementing frameworks or systems. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement. - Knowledge of community health or wellbeing services is desirable. \*\*Culture and Benefits\*\* Dhelkaya Health is located on Dja Dja Wurrung country in regional Victoria.
