As Head Chef, you'll own the kitchen. You're responsible for food that wows, standards that soar, and a team that thrives.
Your kitchen feeds the entire arts centre experience: the bustling café, buzzing bars, elegant functions, and whatever creative food activations we dream up next.
You'll craft menus that are innovative, high-quality, and competitively priced, because great food shouldn't compromise on flavour, presentation or value.
