Identifying new opportunities and devising sales strategies to encourage portfolio growth. Prepare quotes and manage end to end tender response processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience. Resolve customer issues across pricing, credit & settlement and escalate complex matters as needed. You… To be successful with this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities: Degree qualified in Finance, Business or a related degree is preferred. Minimum 3 years experience working as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager or a Business Development Manager ideally in the commercial asset finance sector. Experience developing and maintaining relationships with Brokers and Vendors in the Australian market. Strong understanding of operating leases and rental finance, with a solid background in both sales and credit management. Motivated and adaptable relationship manager who delivers exceptional customer service. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as operate independently. Genuine interest in developing market share and looking for business development opportunities. Skilled at using analytical thinking to solve business challenges and drive positive outcomes.
