What you'll be doing
In this senior clinical nursing role, you will provide advanced leadership in coordinating complex cancer care to ensure safe, seamless and high quality patient journeys.
? Lead complex patient centred care coordination across acute and community settings
? Provide expert consultancy and clinical supervision to nursing and MDT staff
? Develop implement and evaluate care management plans and education programs
? Lead quality improvement research and evidence based practice initiatives
? Contribute to strategic and operational planning at local and network level

Essential criteria
* Registration: Current Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Regulation Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Selection Criteria
* 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in relevant specialty. In addition, have an approved Post graduate nursing qualification in specialty, or such other qualification or experience deemed appropriate by organisation
* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership that facilitates the ongoing development of evidenced based clinical practice
* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
* Demonstrated effective written and oral communication with negotiation and conflict management skills
* Demonstrated experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team
