We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team in Kalgoorlie, WA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our cutting-edge PhotonAssay technology.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and troubleshoot PhotonAssay equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software aspects.
* Schedule regular maintenance and respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
* Generate detailed reports on maintenance and repairs.
* Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote login for troubleshooting and performance checks.
* Train customers on safe operation and basic troubleshooting.
* Monitor system performance and develop engineering solutions.
* Test equipment for performance and compliance with safety regulations.
* Supervise contractors and manage upgrades or repairs.
* Assist in process improvements and installation/commissioning of new installations.
* Manage spares inventory and maintain accurate records.
* Support a strong safety culture and adhere to health and safety policies.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a related industry.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and climb ladders.
