We have a large pipeline of exciting projects in the Illawarra and Sydney regions.

Our team consists of 25 permanent archaeologists, supported by an administration team, across three key locations in eastern Australia.

About You:
Degree in archaeology, heritage management, or a related field (Honours preferred).
2–5 years' experience in consulting archaeology or heritage management.
Strong fieldwork skills in survey, excavation, or monitoring.
Familiarity with relevant NSW heritage legislation.
Confident report writer with good GIS and data management skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Current driver's licence and capacity to travel for fieldwork.
The Role includes:
Leading and supporting archaeological surveys, test excavations, and monitoring.
Assisting with project logistics, planning, and coordination.
Preparing and reviewing reporting for permits and planning (HAAs, SoHIs, ACHARs).
Working respectfully with Traditional Owners and stakeholder groups.
Mentoring graduates and early-career team members.
Maintaining high standards of field documentation and WHS compliance.
