We are a high-energy business-focused team, dedicated to providing the highest possible customer experience, along with best-in-class engineering support.We are looking to add a driven, detail-oriented Finance and Human Resources Support professional to our team.Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Supporting human resources functions such as onboarding, file management, and employee inquiriesCoordinating with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and employee records maintenanceAssisting in the preparation of reports for monitoring HR centric metricsUpdating financial and HR databases daily (Bamboo, SharePoint, Excel as examples)Collaborating with other departments for administrative tasks related to finance and HRAssisting with employee benefit administration and compliance reportingEnsuring accuracy of data throughout all finance and HR processesRecognizing discrepancies and working collaboratively to resolve themVarious other related duties or projects as requiredRequired Qualifications:Post-secondary education in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experienceProven accurate data entry skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilitiesDemonstrated excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong team player with a high level of commitment to service excellenceHighly organized, managing both financial data and high volumes of communication using OutlookComputer skills: able to quickly learn programs and adapt as neededProficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with HR or finance management software is a bonusFamiliarity with databases and reporting tools is a plusWorking Conditions:Full-timeComprehensive benefits package, including profit sharingLocation: Victoria, in-office
