Our client, an Australian Government commission responsible for supporting & investing in sport in Australia, require the services of Senior Cloud Engineer.
Duties of the Senior Cloud Engineer
* Lead the enterprise platform setup for integration between our human resource, grants, asset management & property management systems with our ERP platform;
* Collaborate with architects, developers & engineers to design end-to-end messaging solutions;
* Assist with deploying the underlying cloud infrastructure to support the Enterprise Resource Planning integration project;
* Develop key documentation such as detailed architectural designs, as-built diagrams & standard operating procedures.
Skills / Experience required
* Experience with Azure Service Bus, APIM, Azure networking, containerisation (Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Azure Container Services), & cloud services across Azure/AWS/GCP;
* Strong API & system integration skills, with ability to produce architecture diagrams & technical documentation;
* Skilled in hybrid environments (cloud & on-premise), automation, cost optimisation, & government cyber frameworks;
* Desirable: CI/CD, networking, security, databases, on‑prem, monitoring & logging.
