Job Description
What You'll Be Doing

* Create Inspiring Spaces – Build a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children feel supported, valued, and excited to learn.
* Lead Fun & Meaningful Activities – Co-design and deliver engaging experiences that spark curiosity, fuel creativity, and encourage personal growth.
* Connect & Collaborate – Form genuine relationships with children, families, and your team to create a strong sense of community.
* Champion Wellbeing & Safety – Prioritise every child's safety, happiness, and emotional wellbeing while supporting their individual development.

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?

* A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
* Experience in childcare or early childhood education
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
* Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
* Certificate III level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
