Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This role involves providing expert guidance on employee relations and case management, as well as supporting the development of HR knowledge and capability within the organisation.
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Providing human resource/employee relations advice to stakeholders across the business.
* Managing complex workplace investigations and employee relations cases.
* Collaborating with Ventia P&C Business Partners and P&C management on various cases and projects.
* Ensuring compliance with industrial relations regulations and laws.
* Participating in the Performance and Development Review process.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Experience in a similar Human Resources role, preferably in a medium to large organisation.
* Strong understanding of employment legislation and ability to interpret industrial instruments.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
* Proven resilience and ability to navigate challenging situations.
