Job Description Office & Facilities AdministratorLocation: Perth - RivervaleEmployment type: Permanent Part-Time (15 hours per week)Salary: $79,660 (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation and salary packagingAbout the roleWe're seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Office and Facilities Administrator to help ensure the smooth daily running of our Rivervale office. This is a part-time, morning-only role (15 hours per week), with work hours from 8:30am/9:00am start until 11:30am/12:00pm finish, Monday to Friday.You'll be responsible for mail, supplies, fleet and contractor coordination, office access, and general support that keeps our office functioning effectively.Managing mail operations and ordering office suppliesMaintaining kitchen areas and organising contractor accessManaging office access cards and supporting archiving/document storageCoordinating local vehicle servicing with the national fleet teamSupporting the national Facilities and Procurement team as neededThe Finance & Risk group provides essential financial stewardship and risk management to support Housing Choices Australia's long-term sustainability and growth.
